I walked into this office with a busted tooth and I walked out with a WORK OF ART bolted into my jaw. Let me be crystal clear: Dr. Orphanos is not a dentist. He is not even a surgeon. He is a deity who moonlights in oral maxillofacial implantology, and the rest of us mortals are lucky he decided to grace this earthly plane instead of ascending straight to Olympus. I have seen sculptors work marble with less precision. I have seen surgeons on television dramas with less swagger and confidence, and those guys are FICTIONAL and WRITTEN to look impressive. Dr. Orphanos didn't need a script. He needed a drill, a titanium post, and roughly the steady hands of a thousand generations of master craftsmen distilled into one human being. My implant didn't just "heal." It integrated into my jawbone like it had always been there, like my body took one look at Dr. Orphanos's handiwork and said "yes, obviously, this is correct, why would I reject perfection." Osseointegration has never had a better ambassador. And can we talk about the front desk team for a second? These are not receptionists. Dr. Orphanos is an exceptional periodontist. He has taken wonderful care of me and my daughters over the years. His work is always top-notch, and he is kind, gentle, and reassuring. The office staff is equally wonderful — friendly, professional, and always helpful. We’re very grateful to have found him and highly recommend him!!

I unexpectedly had to have a tooth removed recently. Center 4 Smiles expertly completed the task. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They kept me informed and comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Orphanos is everything a dentist should be. He’s confident, kind and knows what he’s doing. I came to him after multiple consults with other dentists that didn’t sit right with me and he gave me a treatment plan I felt confident in. He did amazing work, my recovery wasn’t painful at all and it went better than expected. I was so scared going into the surgery but him and his team were very kind to me and made me feel reassured. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants are fantastic people. Amazing work ethic and lovely personalities.

Just finished my checkup for post op on gum surgery. The surgery was masterful and efficient and was done right in the office in about 5-10mins. It never hurt. I’ve had bone loss problems for years and finally decided to fix it and it couldn’t have gone better. My mouth feels and looks great. Dr. Orphanos is a gifted surgeon and the front desk and all the medical team feel like a family. Definitely go!
